“Metro Parks Tacoma and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health to host a free floor hockey clinic for youth with the Seattle Kraken 1-3 p.m. Dec. 11 at Eastside Community Center. Hundreds will gather at Eastside Community Center to hear the tap-tap-tap of sticks, and watch their young hockey hopefuls make a slapshot, a wicked wrister or a snapper with youth hockey coaches from the Seattle Kraken from 1-3 p.m. on Dec. 11.
